So Like I mentioned yesterday Im still in town this week as I have two grandkids graduating high school. Another old person milestone. Then in a little over a week I’m loading up th MTB and motorbike and heading west. First stop is a visit to friends in CO for a few days. I’m going to drive up to the top of Mount Blue Sky (Evens). That road has been close for a year and a half but now it just opened. The highest road in North America at 14k+ feet. The only way I’m getting to the top of a 14’er.

Then I’m heading north to Jackson, WY to stop in to say to another buddy. I’ll stay there a few days parked in his driveway. Will ride both bikes there.

Now that I have this machine there is a whole new world opening up to me in the west. The riding in the woods out there is endless. Its new to me so I will have to do some research on this but I’m sure I will find tons of places to ride as long as I don’t get lost in the mountains.

Then around the middle of June I have a few days at a campground in Yellowstone. I was just there fall of 2024 but since then I’ve lost 80 pounds. I had to spend a lot of sight seeing from the car then but now I can get around so much better and plan on being able to see a lot more.

After 3 or so days there I will start heading back. Not sure on the route home. Last minute call. This takes me to the end of June. July is in the works.
